The best Pole Dance Fitness classes in So. Oregon.
I have taken pole classes at a few studios and the atmosphere here was very cofortable and inviting. This is something I thought I'd never be able to do since I was very out of shape, but try worked with me and now I love to dance and have really lost some wieght. It is an effective workout and I have gained confidence and friendships from attending this specific studio. Pole Dance fitness has been my best experience so far.
